ORGANICS IN ACTION - DAIRY NZ FARM DISCUSSION GROUP

Organics in Action

Learn how an organic dairy farm balances productivity, soil health and profitability within a changing farming environment.

Join DairyNZ, host farmers Frank (Frog) and Shirley Goodin, and their contract milker, Brendan Tippett, for a practical discussion on managing an organic dairy farming system and A2A2 milk production. Learn about the farm's recent move back to spring calving and the drivers behind the decision.

We'll also hear from Aaron Stafford, DairyNZ Head of Regional Teams and soil science specialist, who will share observations on how soil health influences pasture growth and farm performance.

Lunch will be provided.
