Communities learning together is at the heart of what we do.
Our most recent Taranaki ReGen event was the July Winter Catch-Up at Te Kiri Hall — a wonderful, energising day of connection and opportunity. Around 40 people gathered to catch up, enjoy inspiring farmer presentations and a lively farmer panel, and share nourishing local food (thanks to Pizza Pirates and Taranaki Prime!).
The day also featured updates on exciting initiatives, including a new PhD research project exploring farmer wellbeing in regenerative transitions, Wai Connect, the work of Taranaki Catchment Communities, Quorum Sense, and the latest developments for Taranaki ReGen.
Thanks again goes to the support from our collaborative partners, Taranaki Catchment Communities (TCC), TOI Foundation, Quorum Sense Farmer Network, Taranaki Prime, Wai Connect (Wild for Taranaki) & our featured farmers: Rachel & Kenneth Short, Dave Gibson & Lance & Claire Mullin who generously shared with us insights from their regen journey.
